What audit readiness actually means
Audit readiness is not a folder of policies or a certificate on the wall. It is the ability to produce evidence, on demand, that your business does what it says it does. In civil construction, utilities, mining and transport, that means the records on site match the procedures in the office, and the people doing the work can show they followed them.
